Advisory

Strategic counsel to boards, executives, and associations on how to turn geopolitical and regulatory uncertainty into competitive advantage.

  • Regulatory and legislative strategyThe “Regulatory Law of Motion” tells us that any regulatory action in one region will see an equal and opposite reaction in competing regions of the world. Design your firm’s regulatory strategy for an uncertain world.
  • Advocacy strategy and campaignsBuild localized advocacy strategies that establish your brand reputation around local jobs, local suppliers, and local economic impact.
  • Geopolitical and supply chain risk managementLearn how to demonstrate “digital sovereignty” within a global marketplace. Understand how to navigate U.S. Entity List designations while staying off China’s Unreliable Entity List. Ensure your operations and suppliers do not open your firm to reputational, legal, and commercial risks.
  • Crisis management and reputational managementWhen a breach or regulatory shock hits, understand who needs to hear what, from whom, and when, while addressing both public and nonpublic information about your firm.
